Mainstream media waits three hours to report Aid ship attack
Why did the mainstream media fail to report on this attack for over three hours? My personal opinion is that they wanted to wait and get their story straight. After three hours it is now being reported that anywhere from two to 20 have died and that people on board the aid ship actually attacked 10 IDF soldiers with sticks and rocks. Some Israeli media has even gone as far as to say that the IDF didn’t even board the ships. Anyone that believes this garbage had better wake up, Quick. It is all recorded, many have already posted their videos. I personally believe that the leaders of Hamas were set up by the Mossad. At this point Hamas now has thousands of members that are part of the resistance of Israeli aggression through acts of terrorism. What most people fail to understand is that the Hamas leaders, at least the founding members, are controlled by agents within Israeli government.

(SALEM, Ore.) – The most outrageous possible scenario is unfolding off the coast of Gaza, where humanitarian peace activists including several U.S. doctors have been attacked in a deadly confrontation with Israeli forces.
The ships are carrying all types of relief, from food to wheelchairs, for the embattled people of Gaza, who live every day with the fear of being kidnapped or killed by Israeli Defense Forces that literally surround Gaza on all sides.
Israel denies having a presence in Gaza, but it has sniper towers in many locations.
The biggest problem for Israel this time, is that the world’s eyes are on the convoy; one of the six ships, the ‘Rachel Corrie’, is named for a young American woman from the NW who was killed by an Israeli bulldozer operator in 2006 while trying to prevent the destruction of the home of a Palestinian doctor.
Salem-News.com reports regularly about the inhumane treatment of Palestinians under Israeli control, but this story is the worst thing we have reported since the attacks on Gaza in the winter of 2008/2009 that claimed more than 1400 lives, almost all civilians.

10 killed In Aid Ship Attack
Israeli forces have attacked the international aid convoy Freedom Flotilla en route to the besieged Gaza Strip, killing at least 10 people and leaving more than 50 injured.
The attack came on Monday morning after one of the six ships in the convoy was hit by Israeli navy forces before being stormed by commandos descending from helicopters.
The interception reportedly took place in international waters, more than 150km (90 miles) off the coast of Gaza.
Israel had earlier deployed warships and threatened to stop the flotilla from reaching the Palestinian territory where the war-ravaged residents were impatiently eying the arrival of the aid convoy.
Israeli navy forces and helicopters have taken over the ships in the humanitarian aid convoy and are using force against those on board, a Press TV correspondent reported.
Israeli soldiers have also reportedly detained activists accompanying the convoy.
In Gaza, Palestine’s democratically elected Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh strongly condemned the attack on the flotilla and called on the international community to protect the aid mission.
The convoy carries 10,000 tons of supplies and hundreds of politicians, activists and journalists.
The flotilla was seeking to break Israel’s crippling blockade of Gaza and deliver basic necessities to the impoverished Palestinians in the coastal enclave.
Turkey Condemns Israel
“We strongly condemn these inhumane practices of Israel,” a written statement said.
“This deplorable incident, which took place in open seas and constitutes a fragrant breach of international law, may lead to irreparable consequences in our bilateral relations,” it said.
Several of the ships were sailing under Turkish flags when they were attacked.
Ankara will demand an explanation of the incident from Israeli ambassador Gabby Levy, who was summoned to the foreign ministry, the statement said.
“Whatever the reason is, such action against civilians involved only in peaceful activities is unacceptable.
“Israel will have to bear the consequences of this behaviour, which constitutes a violation of international law,” it said.
Israel has expressed its “sorrow” over the deaths but Hamas has already urged Muslims and Arabs to “rise up” in response to the attack.
About 15 people were killed when the Israeli navy intercepted a convoy of aid ships that activists were trying to sail to the Gaza Strip, Israel’s Channel 10 private television network said.
Earlier, a spokesman for the Free Gaza Movement which organised the six-ship flotilla said at least two were killed.
Casualties are likely to hurt Israel’s international image and diplomatic relations, especially its long-time regional Muslim ally Turkey.
Israel has said it was absolutely determined to maintain its blockade of the Islamist Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip, a Palestinian territory of 1.5 million. It has previously halted such activist ships, although others have reached Gaza before.
