After the IXTOC GUSHER, over 70% of the fishing was wiped out, for OVER 10 years! B.P. used over 2 millions gallons of corexit, to disperse over 145 million gallons of crude oil. Go figure!

Thirty states will be encroached upon by Obama’s Executive Order establishing the National Ocean Council for control over America’s oceans, coastlines and the Great Lakes. Under this new council, states’ coastal jurisdictions will be subject to the United Nations’ Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST)

Thanks for posting this video. It’s about time the real people get thier voices heard! There is a media black-out—that’s why we all need to start making our own news/video’s and posting them. The media will not report anything unless “the one” tells them it is ok. IN THE MEAN WHILE, YOU PEOPLE SHOULD DEMAND BP CEO, BOARD MEMBERS, AND UPPER LEVEL EMPLOYEES COME TO THESE MEETINGS. The two “buffoons” BP sent in this video, are a sad excuse. They can not offer you ANYTHING, or promise you anything.They can not even answer your questions or tell you what they will do for you. They are just the warm bodies BP sent for you to sound off ON. You need the big wigs there—the ones who can actually answer the questions and tell you how they will fix the problems. The decision makers and the ones who have the final say. (And, get it recorded by video as a matter of legal record.) If they refuse to come,start filing law suits and demand they appear in court. Do not wait for, or expect the Government to stand up for you. They will not! They will however, be more than happy to cover for Bp. So, beware. Remember, how long it took the government to respond, when the spill first happened. They are also responsible for their failures, and the aggreements to spray deadly toxins. And, I think they have enabled BP to be less than honest with thier accountability. Why do they not report air quality, water quality, health effects, and long term effects? They are not honest with any of us regarding this mess they helped create by thier NON-ACTION. Like I read somewhere, if we were told the truth, a lot of people would be going to jail—including those in our government who are paid by “WE THE PEOPLE’. They all need to be held accountable! Thank you for standing up and speaking out—but, more needs to be done. WE THE PEOPLE need to make the government and BP understand, we will no longer accept the lies, side-steps and shoddy behaviour. We will get our answers and proper resolutions. They can count on it! And, the post above by Texas girl is absolutely true. The goverenment is out for a major land and water grab—that means our Gulf and surrounding land. We were stupid enough to allow them to take the banks and auto industry. WE CAN NOT, AND MUST NOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE OUR GULF, OUR LAND OR OUR OCEANS AND LAKES. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

The people in America need to open their eyes and see how they are being manipulated through the Corporate Media into believing their lies when the truth is quite the opposite of their lies they continuously feed the people and the majority of people still think that what is on the “News” is the absolute, undeniable fact of any issue, WRONG!
Think people! You are being lied to and it will cause you to be dead if you continue to follow what the Corporate media tells you.
WAKE UP AMERICA! YOUR LIVES ARE ON THE LINE HERE!
Why are the people being forced to deal with BP? Where is the Governor? Where are the state legislators? Where are the state law enforcement and environmental officers? Where is the state Attorney General? Once again it is not enough that this disaster happened and ruined lives and caused such devastation but the very ones elected to represent the people are only whining and making excuses about the feds and hiding. Who cares what the feds do or don’t do when so much and so many lives and businesses are at stake. States are at stake here. The state is to be the sovereign and in control of what goes on inside its boundaries. Are not the waters affected state waters out to a point? Is not all that land affected by this crisis, property of the people of that state and some of it actually being state owned property? So why do the feds dictate? This is the problem with the current mindset of the people and politicians. We aren’t yet a dictatorship. We’re close but all it takes is for someone to grow a set and stand up for the people.
That’s my pledge to Pennsylvania. No more federal usurpation. Its about the Constitution, I mean the Pennsylvania Constitution as well as the US Constitution. Who knows, maybe other states will grow a set when we lead by example.
