Wayne Madsen: Viktor Bout Lord of War Blame Game

Alleged Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout makes a second appearance in a New York court, where he is accused of offering to supply arms to terrorists and rebels in Africa. RT Contributor Wayne Madsen believes if Viktor Bout wrote his memoirs and made a movie, it would be a blockbuster because he could point the finger at a lot of high ranking US officials.
