Whistleblower Claims BP Employees Slashed His Tires And Threatened Him
Editors Note: John Bolenbaugh (whistleblower) is a former oil spill clean up worker for Enbridge during the Kalamazoo Oil spill last year in Michigan.
Since John came out with videos exposing the poor clean-up he claims he has received threats, death treats, and even more harassment such as getting all four of his tires slashed on his vehicle.
This is the type world we live in now, one in which people have to actually make videos in advance just in case they are murdered.
The local police department is not responding to all of the threats John is receiving.
Please call the Battle Creek Police in Michigan and tell them to do more to help this man.

BP Has Ties to Michigan Oil Spill, Enbridge
[...]
Amazingly, information has come to light that the spill could have easily been prevented. The Federal Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration raised their concerns to Enbridge/ BP, notifying them twice in January that there were potential problems involving the old pipeline. The administration stated that the pipeline was installed in 1969, that it could cause a rupture and that there was an inadequate system in place for monitoring the internal corrosion.
Incidentally, Enbridge/BP had discontinued the use of the monitoring system for corrosion inside line6B, the pipeline that caused the oil spill. The new monitoring system that was in place did not meet federal standards yet in a move all too familiar, Enbridge was not penalized. When asked about the potential problems cited in the governments oversight reports, an Enbridge spokesperson stated that he was unaware of the reports.
As of Aug 8, 2010 the spill had effected up to 35 miles of the Kalamazoo River including marshlands, residential areas, farmlands and businesses. On July 29, the EPA rejected Enbridge/BPs first clean up plan, giving them until Aug 2, 2010 to revise it.
Michigan Gov. Granholm has publicly criticized the clean up efforts, stating that the resources that have been brought in by Enbridge and the EPA have been wholly inadequate.

The new delivery system is expected to be in service by late 2012 with an initial total system capacity of 250,000 barrels per day (bpd) into the Gulf Coast. Enbridge and BP intend to use the BP #1 System and other existing pipelines north of the Cushing, Oklahoma, crude oil hub with some new pipeline construction south of Cushing, to connect to markets in Houston and possibly Nederland, Texas. Initial receipts at Flanagan, where the system would interconnect with Enbridge Energy Partners’ Southern Access pipeline, would be approximately 140,000 bpd with deliveries to Gulf Coast markets. The remaining 110,000 bpd would originate from interconnecting pipelines at Cushing.
This guy is awesome… there should be more people like this… unfortunately, there are too many people who are open to bribery. If those that take bribes just say “no, I am not for sale,” then they will know what it feels like to be an honorable, upstanding citizen. It is a GREAT feeling and you cannot get that feeling accepting corrupt money.
What money? These days you have to go along just to keep your low-wage job and not get killed or financially killed as in unemployed – which can easily end up being the same thing – (for the many who are detached from the reality of their action/inaction.)
I had hoped that with the publicity around the robo-signers more people would become aware of how corrupt our entire society seems to be. It seems to me that most jobs require the employee to demonstrate certain immorality towards everybody-thing outside of that employer if they wish to have any kind of future at all. Even in the lowest of unskilled entry level jobs! So I am beginning to think that the mark of the beast has been on us a long time in this fashion – merely to have any job seemingly requires a level of immorality that some of us still have difficulty reconciling.
The important thing to remember is the poisons that are accumulation all over the planet as we spill our industrial processes all over are not a concern of industry. Profits are the bottom line the ill health scores of bio cumulative toxins add to our bodies are our children’s concern not ours. No red blooded American cares as long as the wide screen TV is blasting away the latest football game , the new SUV starts every morning, the beer is cold, and mom brings home the viagra prescription from the pharmacy. You have to be insane to think more than a few care and they are easily labeled radicals by press and government.prescription
