Note: I want to preface this article with the following statement — “Please get this information out to everyone. It is better to be safe than sorry.” — Shepard
In 2008 The Pentagon announced plans to deploy a 20,000 strong internal troop force inside the continental United States (CONUS) that was set to be trained by 2011, thus dovetailing into the current troop and equipment movements around the country reported by truckers as well as many more troop sightings by everyday citizens.
Interestingly enough, this plan directly correlates with a 2009, Army funded, Rand Corporation study that called for an internal United States police force to combat civil unrest.
This study asks several questions. First, is a Stability Police Force (SPF) necessary? An SPF is a high-end police force that engages in a range of tasks such as crowd and riot control, special weapons and tactics (SWAT), and investigations of organized criminal groups. In its ability to operate in stability operations, it is similar to such European forces as the Italian Carabinieri and French Gendarmerie.
Its focus on high endtasks makes it fundamentally different from UN or other civilian police, who deal with more routine law and order functions. It is also different from most military forces, which are generally not trained and experienced to conduct policing tasks in a civilian environment.
Second, if an SPF is necessary, what should it look like? This includes considering such issues as: its objectives, tasks, and size; its speed of deployment; its institutional capabilities; where it should be headquartered in the U.S. government and how it should be staffed (standing force, reserve force, and hybrid force); and its cost.
It is openly admitted that the internal force will be used to quell civil unrest due to massive large scale terror attack and/or economic collapse.
Will the powers-that-be stage a repeat of the martial law threats to congress that they presented back in 2008 to get the bailouts passed in order to get the debt ceiling raised now?
Rep. Brad Sherman laid out exactly what took place during the 2008 bailouts:
Many people have voiced fears that this will turn our country into a total militarized police state, wondering what will happen in the future once the sheeple are conditioned to the military roaming the streets in America.
Unfortunately, the military is already taking an active role in numerous domestic policing activities in close to a dozen states including Florida, Tennessee, California, Alabama, and Pennsylvania.
In Florida City The Air Force has set up a crime hotline, which has now been removed from their website, as well as taken part in arrests at local convenience stores.
“Here at Homestead Air Reserve Base we have the Crime Stop hotline that allows anyone either on base or off the installation to anonymously report a crime,” explains the Homestead Air Reserve Base website.
“If you know of a crime that has been committed, if you see a crime in progress, or if you see a suspicious person, vehicle, or situation that makes you feel a crime may be occurring, call the Security Forces Crime Stop Hotline…”
On July 15, military police – known as Security Forces patrolmen – detained a criminal suspect at a Circle K in until Miami-Dade police arrived.
Others have speculated that this announcement directly coincides with all of the pre-positioning of troops, equipment, and (NOTAM) No-Fly Zones throughout The United States over the last few months.
This pre positioning of troops could correlate with the debt ceiling (economy), earth changes, or nuclear threats from reactors in danger within the US.

Some have speculated that this is the beginning phases of REX84 (Readiness Exercise 1984) being activated due to a catastrophic event that is yet to take place.
Could this event be a threat from afar?
NASA seems to think so. NASA recently released a warning to all employees regarding living near large bodies of water that seemed rather suspicious – take a look for yourself:
What seems even more suspicious is the fact that the White House was warned by NASA late last year that there was a possible threat from outer space now facing the nation and a deflection campaign would need to be implemented. This document was signed by Eric P. Holdren.
The White House document was released October 15, 2010, a few months prior to the so called “discovery” of comet C/2010 X1 (Elenin) which was discovered by Leonid Elenin with an 18″ telescope.
The strange thing is that only a select few sources worldwide have seen the object, a few of which we traced back to DARPA directly.
It appears that ELENIN is some type of advanced warning system (used in conjunction with NASA’s JPL) for the elites, upper echelon military, and people in-the-know to decipher upcoming earth change events prompted by another object (classified) that has entered our solar system.
There has been many documented earth changes that have taken place on or near ELENIN’S alignment dates(when ELENIN is in alignment with other objects) including the Japanese earthquake and tsunami disaster of 2011.
The JPL orbital diagram and data seems to be fictitious and reverse engineered into some type of advanced encrypted database for the upcoming event anticipated.
ELENIN, according to some researchers stands for Extinction Level Event Notable Impact November. Also encoded into the name is Elevin Nine (Nov. 9), and LEONID (a meteor shower that peaks in November).
This also ties in with the massive gearing up of underground bases worldwide and the mass graves for U.S. citizens which were exposed worldwide March 25, 2009 on the Alex Jones Show by Shepard Ambellas Of The Intel Hub.
On Nov 9, 2011 the earth will supposedly cross the threshold of the debris tail of ELENIN on the same plain. (assuming ELENIN is a real object that would be catastrophic) However this, according to our sources, as well as independent researchers, is some sort of military code and ELENIN is not a physical object. If ELENIN is not a real object we might be expecting a major earth change, a solar event caused by another space object, (possibly 2005 YU55) or a staged attack.
We must also be open to the idea that this is all a psyop for an event that the elites are going to purposely cause and blame on Elenin.
It is equally important to take into consideration the FEMA/FCC Take over drill that is set to take place on November 9, 2011, the very same day that asteroid 2005 YU55 threatens to hit earth and/or the moon.
It seems almost surreal that this information all lines up the way it does, and is still currently under a full scale investigation by The Intel Hub. Also one most ponder the fact that if there was some catastrophic event that is destined to take place in the near future, would the governments of the world plan to have us in martial law and populations under control before the event, or would they wait until after?

Domestic emergency deployment may be “just the first example of a series of expansions in presidential and military authority,” or even an increase in domestic surveillance, said Anna Christensen of the ACLU’s National Security Project. And Cato Vice President Gene Healy warned of “a creeping militarization” of homeland security.
“There’s a notion that whenever there’s an important problem, that the thing to do is to call in the boys in green,” Healy said, “and that’s at odds with our long-standing tradition of being wary of the use of standing armies to keep the peace.”
This plan was quietly announced in 2008 and was set to be ready in 2011.
Fast forwarding to the present time we now have clear indicators of why this military force could be needed in 2011, including economic collapse, Elenin, (PSYOP or not) and continued claims that normal everyday Americans are possible terrorists.

I watched the YouTube Video called ‘Evidence for Fall 2011 Apocalypse’, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-OD1FZ7293E , wherein 9Nania had listed some quotes like: “The Comet will be directly setting in the hand of Virgo’s raised arm on 9-30-2011”. I thought to myself what the heck does that mean and how do I go about finding the information to see if the quote from some unknown Ancient text is a clue to understanding more about Planet-X. Another clue is this: “It’s Virgo holding the Destroyer in her hand”. It became obvious to me that these are clues left behind so that we can figure out the day and the hour of the passing of the Destroyer. Our ancient ancestors lived their lives observing the stars and actually did write quite extensively about certain alignments they observed. Since the Roman Cult took control of every aspect of the people’s lives of the world since 200 AD est., the astrological data has been locked up in the Vatican catacombs. A few clues and prophecies have withstood the censorship of the Roman Cult, and now a few clues about Planet-X the Destroyer have been revealed to us by 9Nania. Z. Sitchin’s pivotal work in this area is his book called the 12th Planet. Sitchin’s interpretation from the Sumarian texts is that like clockwork, a large planet comes from the deep recesses of space and wreaks havoc on earth.
To discover what the clues mean I first fast forwarded Planet-X’s trajectory on the JPL web site to 9-30-2011. This gave me some ideas how the other planets are aligned with relation to the sun. I’m using CyberSky 5 as my program to locate Virgo and the other planets. I set the location parameters for Sept 30, 2011 at 12 noon then I found Virgo looking almost due south with the Sun directly in front of Virgo’s head. See Chart 2. Please notice that the planets are in the same orientation as shown on Chart 1. Chart 2 assumes you are looking south standing on the ground in Spokane, Washington. I have painted in Planet-X or Elenin just above the South marker. Now remember the saying: “The Comet will be directly setting in the hand of Virgo’s raised arm on 9-30-2011”, remember this is symbolically speaking and not literal. If you were to look up and have ELE in your sights then look next to the left side of the Sun you will eventually see the raised arm of Virgo. Symbolically, Planet-X is sitting in the hand of Virgo’s raised arm. The other saying was, “It’s Virgo holding the Destroyer in her hand”. BINGO! Proof that the ancient text was correct using the Star Charts to prove the alignment.
Another interesting saying was where Planet-X came from: “From Orion, through Leo and eclipses to the Sun at the top of Virgo’s head”. See Chart 3. I attempted to draw the path from Orion to the Sun, of course this is 2,500 years of travel from Orion to the Sun.
The most important piece of information that I have to give you deals with October 28, 2011. Dr. Carl Calleman, a Mayan expert, believes he has discovered the correct date for the end of the long count calendar. We have all been told that the long count ends on December 21, 2012 but Dr. Calleman says that the correct date is October 28, 2011. I know you’re saying to yourself so what, 14 months no big deal until you realize where earth is at in relation to Planet-X. See Chart 4. On October 28, 2011, earth is about to enter the Red Dragon’s tail of debris which is 5 million miles long and full of space junk, asteroids and rock. From the JPL chart it looks like earth could be in the tail for at least a week depending on how wide the tail is. Yesterday right smack in the middle of Portland, Oregon was a mile long transit via UPRR military fleet headed from Fort Lewis Washington to Yermo, CA. It contained all US Army vehicles from small jeeps and hummers to the 8 wheeled carrier.
It was an amazing sight. It was stopped for a while, and we were able to walk around and look it over.
Makes you wonder if it’s all right around the corner.
