August 19, 2011

There are six smart meters in a ten foot radius in my neighbors backyard! The RF from these meters must pose a health threat (much like cell phones).

Kids play in this very area!

Please let me know if you have seen anything like this in your city.

Don’t forget to check out our coverage of the so-called “Smart Meter” scam and the health dangers inherent in this technology here.

Boycott these meters, tell your neighbors, put up posters, go to city council meetings and do whatever it takes to keep these out of your backyard, you will not regret it.

    Smart-Meters-R-NOT-Smart:

First,a lawsuit has been brought forward in Maine with a very high degree of success. Worth looking into.

Second, Contact Devy Kidd. (Just Google Devy Kidd) She is way ahead of the curve in both information and building a lawsuit in Texas AGAINST these un-smart meters.

Third, I just received a letter from PGE making an effort to tell me just how safe these meters are, how the FDA & their dark brother ilk approved these meters and how ”sae” they were. PGE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY. NONE!

Frankly, a first year engineer at Portland State University, could quite easily determine just how UNsafe these meters really are with no PC.

I live in the Pacific North West and frankly, I have seen under the guise of ”green” ”sustainable” and other BS/PC words ruined our lives, make our government along with businesses completely mad with power and Kontrol.

If we are smart….we can rid ourselves of these smart-meters.
But we have to::: GET SMARTER…..GET TO KNOW OUR NEIGHBORS….GET INVOLVED.

Just like the mid-sixties TV show…….We have to Get Smart.

    Best Regards

Put a padlock on your electrical panel so they can’t open the panel to replace the meter while you are away from home. (The panel belongs to you.)Place it on the latch where they put the security tag. Then decide what you’re going to do about it. (The utility will probably threaten to shut off your power so look into your options.)
They install these meters because they believe they have “implied consent”. I believe a padlock dispels that notion. Utilities most likely have no easement on the side of your home (only around the property line) so you could have them arrested for trespassing if you don’t consent to them working there. They only have consent to read the meter. If they cut the lock, have them arrested for destruction of private property and a slew of other charges.
Demand the utility provide documented proof that these meters are safe and pose no health risk. Fat chance they can do that. Even the WHO says a class 2 transmitting device can cause cancer.
Check you state’s wiretapping law. These are class 2 radio transmitters and are gathering information about you, your daily functions and habits. You could file charges for wiretapping and conspiracy to commit wiretapping. If your local gubment won’t prosecute, you’ll have to file a civil suit.
You could also look into a Rico lawsuit as this could be interpreted as racketeering.
If they try to charge you for reading your analog meter going forward, read the meter yourself and call in the numbers. (They will have to come every 6 months or so to verify.) Then, they have no justification for a monthly charge.
Keep looking for stories like this one and get educated about Smart Meters. You do NOT want one of these things strapped to the side of your house!!!

      Great ideas.
But don’t you think the utility companies will pick you off and make a huge effort to make an example of one person, as opposed, to having two or three dozen house holds or more all moving forward, with what you have outlined?
