A military convoy was filmed in the streets of New York City Monday as the military moves to further control and take over disaster response in America.

As Fox News reported today the Pentagon has beta tested disaster response plans that place more emphasis on military control.

    Please post address of this photo. Is it at 34th St and 3rd Ave? Convoy is going uptown, away from areas of flooding? To 69th St Armory? Weird. Time of day and date is also important.
