LRAD Corporation, the company that manufactures the LRAD sound cannon used to terrorize protesters, primary during the G20 meetings in Pittsburgh, has claimed that their sound cannon is not a weapon.

Responding to an ACLU backed lawsuit by a women who suffered permanent hearing loss after the LRAD sound cannon was deployed on protesters at the Pittsburgh G20 summit, an LRAD Corp. spokesman claimed that their sonic device is simply not a weapon.

“LRAD is not a weapon,” LRAD spokesman Robert Putnam told the Associated Press.

“It is an effective long range communications system used to clearly broadcast critical information, instructions and warning,” reported Raw Story.

The lawsuit was filed by Karen Piper, a professor who was covering the protests as a journalist and author when she suffered permanent hearing loss after police, with no warning whatsoever and while protecting the criminal globalists who are openly planning a world government, attacked protesters and used the LRAD sound cannon to disperse the crowd.

“The intensity of being hit at close range by a high-pitched sound blast designed to deter pirate boats and terrorists at least a quarter mile away is indescribable,” said Piper.

The idea that this sonic sound cannon is not a weapon but a communications system used to broadcast critical information is clearly controdicted by the numerous videos from the G20 in Pittsburgh.

Does it sound like these LRAD sound cannons were used to broadcast critical information?

    Hmmm

I totally believe these guys. But just to be sure I think it would be appropriate to get all the children of all the officers and majority stock holders of the company out in public and then fire that weapon (sorry communication device) at them at mamixum gain for a couple of minutes. After they have finished communicating let the kids talk to the media about the messages they received.

I purchased the civilian model from LRADx ( hss450 ). Ive tested it out for about 2 months. The technology CAN be used as a weapon

I know quite a bit about HSS and it is NOT a weapon. It is directional sound speaker that is used in museums, art galleries etc and is used mainly for narration etc in quiet areas so that the sound doesn’t bleed out into other areas of an art gallery etc. It uses ultrasonic technology to direct a sound beam not like the LRAD which uses very clever electronic arrays to amplify the sound over long distances. LRAD is an acoustic hailing device but like an technology it can be used for good or bad depending on who is using it (like firearms – for defence or offence? depends on the user)

How exactly does the Administration and fully controlled lame scream media ‘decide’ who is rebel, militant, terrorist, freedom fighter, enemy combatant,
bandit, gang of thugs, thugs, pro democracy demonstrator, anti war demonstrator, insurgent, fanatic, anarchist, enemy, guerrilla, hijacker, agitator, demagog, dissident, protester, racist, enlightened, union organizer, hero, insane, patriot, enemy of the state, or liberator? Man, we are being gamed by the freaking dictionary. Evidently it is all about on what political foot the shoe is placed.

A pencil is not a weapon but it can still mess up your hearing and ruin your eyes.It goes to application and I think they are maybe confused or something. They might even be lieing for corporate gains.

As identified also by JROC, there are serious deficiencies in the
U.S. ability to clear a space (i.e., to clear people from a space), whether
a plaza or a building. If hostages are absent, and if proper investments
are made using current technology, it is feasible and practical
to collapse a building of almost any size. But this may be
undesirable in view of the cost to the infrastructure of this destruction
and the lack of reversibility. Distributed high-intensity sound
projectors could be helpful, but for use in buildings they might need
to be supplemented with robotic means for finding and blowing
down doors—without setting buildings on fire—such as the use
    of mild thermobaric weapons.

Put up some speakers and let it rip full blast, right outside the office. You’ll get arrested and beaten and jailed, but at long last we will be able to confirm the method of communication these strange creatures use. It will be a breakthrough for the science of sociopathologically mutated lifeforms.
