The criminals within the Oakland Police Department have been caught infiltrating and provocateuring the Occupy Oakland protests.

The use of agent provocateurs by police forces worldwide has been heavily documented. Police officers pretend to be protesters and then move to incite violence and sometimes carrying out violence themselves.

The police then react to this and attack and sometimes arrest all the innocent protesters based on what actual police operatives did!

This is the police running criminal provocateur operations to essentially destroy the first amendment in their push for a full scale police state.

    § 1983. CIVIL ACTION FOR DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS

    Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress……..

    So the Police under color of law conspired to violate the rights of US citizens to exercise their first amendment rights? Infiltrating and provocateuring in order to excuse the beating of protesters to stop the protest is criminal. This is the same Statute used against the Klan. Can it not be used against the Police Klan? 1983 suits have traditionally garnered significant monetary awards and injunctions. Also section 1985 conspiring to violate rights. Keep the cameras rolling!

      You’re right, sj, well before ’68 and ongoing. Is there a way to expose/confront this? I’ve run out of ideas. Do you have any? Be well, “although its becoming difficult”. Rob
