I-40 in Arkansas Being Used as Military Staging Point for Future Event?

Unconfirmed News Tip
The Intel Hub has received multiple tips that indicate that Interstate 40 in Arkansas may be being used as a loading point for some sort of military operation that has been going on for a better part of a year.
Eyewitness report:
Not a trucker but regularly on the transportation hub of I-40 in Arkansas. I’ve been watching truck after truck loaded with military equipment on this stretch for the better part of a year.
It’s mostly humvees with gun turrets and what appears to be urban assault vehicles and troop transports. They all have gun turrets and some sort of shield on the front that holds a weapon.
The thing that struck me was that some are desert colored but most are traditional camouflage. Just wondering where we are sending all of these vehicles if we are supposedly winding down wars.
After responding to this tip, the eyewitness further stated:
Anyone traveling the stretch of 40 between Memphis and Little Rock sees this every time they travel.
They all seem to be fitted for urban warfare rather than battle equipped. I travel a lot of interstates and, in our are of the country, you seem to see this on East/West roads. I really don’t see a lot on I-55.
Considering the fact that Indefinite detention of Americans by the military is now the law of the land, this information is very startling.
While many within the military are on the side of the American people, the fact remains that the powers that be are clearly attempting to use them against the people.

Recently I saw a train heading East with many, many military humvee’s with gun turrets. I live in Pittsburgh, Pa. I’ve noticed large military aircraft headed East as well from time to time.
Pretty sure what you are seeing are vehicles that have been sent back from our overseas military activities and have been through depot level overhaul maintenance and repair.
Possibly Marine vehicles coming to and from Camp Legune N.C. to Barstow in the California high desert by I-40. Of course they get repainted to the woodland paint color which is the normal required color for them.

They use trucks because it is more expedient than using rail and being good Americans it employs more people in doing so.
Stop being so paranoid. The interstate system was designed and built primarily for the military to use to begin with. That is why they all go by a major military installation and you see military vehicles on them!
I noticed in the past few weeks here in central Oklahoma (where I-40 meets I-35) that local military vehicles HAVE been on the move. Not sure where they are going but this Arkansas witness is on to something. And what of that disc-shaped craft that was on the truck bed in southern Kansas (near the OK line) that was being taken somewhere. Something is DEFINITELY up and everyone senses it – at least folks I talk to.
You should ask your source to snap some pictures of this. Even if they’re of low cell phone quality it would be better than nothing and would be great to confirm this report.
All I can say is I hope our fears are overblown about this stuff but that doesn’t mean we should pretend it’s not happening.
there is a large repair depot in texarcana and i am a truck driver and have hauled loads in there and ran memphis to little rock then ran down to texarcana
Twice in the past year I have seen a mass line of military vehicles moving on I40 near the Oklahoma/Arkansas border. Both times they were a convoy of camo trucks, some carrying equipment, heading towards the Little Rock area, and the convoy had to be between 30-50 vehicles long. I didn’t really think too much of it until I saw this report.
You might be a conspiracy freak if….
1) You see regular military traffic near a US Air Force base and make the obvious assumption that the powers in Washington are planning for martial law in Little Rock.
2) See #1
Could be something of significance, but it could also just be that they’re returning from the Middle East. Nothing to worry about.. Yet.
i work at night and on the train tracks in sacramento ca i saw a large nuber of humvee apc’s and looked to be military construction equipment at around 3 am kinda odd
It’s simple, camp Robinson is right in the area you mentioned in the article. Camp Rob
And it’s adjoining camp pike is a huge National Guard post and Marine reserve base
The 39th inf regt is deploying to Afghanistan in spring.
That explains the activity. Camp Rob is like a national guard
Version of Ft Benning. It’s a big place too. These convoys are nothing to worry about.
I have recently also seen helicopters and air force transport planes in central texas..
