What Are the Strange Sounds Being Heard All Over the World?

Do not fall victim to the disinformation campaign now being carried out that claims that because two or three of the videos may have been a hoax the whole thing is one big joke.
This is far from the truth. The strange sounds story was not broke by an one individual or youtuber, they were posted by many different people and put together by websites and youtubers.

Project Pandora, conducted by the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), included externally induced auditory input from pulsed microwave audiograms of words or sounds which create the effect of hearing voices or noises that are not a part of the recipient’s own thought processes. Although in a very quiet environment, the test subject would clearly hear the words or sounds whether or not the person was wearing ear protection such as ear plugs.

Now that i read about this and saw the youtube video i am pretty sure i heard that here in the Netherlands. I heard the exact same noise when i was about to leave for school. But i didn’t tape it or record it because i thought there was a construction going on somewhere nearby.
But i am 100% certain i heard that noise here in de Netherlands, Arnhem.
And it was last week on a Wednesday or Thursday. Around 9.30 in the morning(dutch hours). It was very loud and lasted for about 2 minutes or less. The birds began to flew away from the sound. It was weird to see and hear. But as i said in my previous comment, i didn’t record it because i thought there was construction going on nearby.
No idea what they are but they sound really creepy.
