the theory of aluminum oxide particles cooling the Earth (by increasing albedo) is wrong. It’s no different than water vapor in the atmosphere keeping the Earth from freezing to the cold of deep space at night.
Any attempt to control the weather will only be successful at the regional level. It will fail to control the global rejection effect.
All that will be accomplished is to make the weather vary in a much wider range than it is supposed to operate naturally. This will upset the cycles of the global climate.
Unintended consequences are being witnessed now.
