For those wondering, enabling Epic settings in the Quality Presets options will give you better Storm and cloud effects, as well as better smoke and liquid simulations. According to Epic, these effects are going to create better looking explosions, fires, as well as Slurp effects. The new settings will also improve other visual aspects such as bloom, lens flare, and the shadows in the game.
