Red Dead Redemption 2 is undoubtedly one of the most famous games, and while the game is a massive departure from GTA V, it is more or less based on a similar DNA and engine, which means that the game is a heaven for modders. Ever since it arrived on PC, modders have been having a lot of fun with the game, introducing a lot of amazing changes to the game that only elevate the entire experience.
If you have played GTA V on the PC and you were into modding the game, you might remember a mod called R.E.A.L GTA 5 VR mod, well the same creator behind it just released a mod for Red Dead Redemption 2 and it looks great. You have to understand that the mod is still in early access so there are going to be some bugs and a lot of issues are also expected but if you want to try it you can go to the creator’s Patreon page and check out the details.
They have released the first 27-minute of the game in the mod, and it looks pretty convincing, to be honest.

Ross has talked about how building the mod was no easy job, as the game is much more advanced from GTA V and it took 6 months to create this. Ross has also talked about how he plans on bringing similar mods to Cyberpunk 2077, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in the future.
Just remember that the mod is still a work in progress, and you will need to have access to the Patreon page in order to access the mod fully. There will be updates to the mod in the future, so we are hoping to see some really good improvements that will eventually be here.
