Editors Note: This article was written in early June of 2010 but is more relevant than ever. Friday night on”Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura”many facts that we outlined were covered while other important facts apparently didn’t make the cut.

One fact that was brought up in the show that hasn’t been spoken about is the plan by the Army Corps of Engineers to depopulate the gulf. This plan is public knowledge and should not be taken lightly.
Rebuild or retreat: US debates evacuation of Gulf coastline
The United States is working on a multi-billion-dollar plan to depopulate vast swaths of coastline along the Gulf of Mexico in a move which it is hoped would help re-establish a natural barrier against the catastrophic flooding caused by the likes of Hurricane Katrina.
In the first sign that the federal government is favouring a retreat from the coast rather than rebuilding, the Army Corps of Engineers is to present to Congress a radical plan which includes rebuilding the wetlands that have been disappearing at an ever-accelerating rate in recent years.
The Corps, the engineers responsible for protecting the coastline, has been working on the plan since Katrina struck in August 2005. President George Bush promised after the floods to rebuild New Orleans and other Gulf communities.
But federal agencies and environmentalists have concluded that climate change has increased the threat of further devastation and continued rebuilding makes no sense. To be included in the overall plan is $40bn (£20bn) to be spent on the Mississippi coast. Part of this would be for a voluntary buyout of 17,000 houses in Mississippi, particularly in Bay St Louis, east of New Orleans. The corps is likely to extend the plan to New Orleans and Louisiana.

In the last few months, a strange series of events has taken place surrounding the April 20th BP Gulf oil spill. The Intel Hub will attempt to lay out some of the seemingly unbelievable facts in a manner which can easily be understood.
Between March 22nd and March 24th, several drills involving an oil spill took place.“Spills Of National Significance” was a drill ran by DHS and the Coast Guard. The SONS documents were first broke by the Intel Hub on May 8, 2010. More than a week later, ABC News would of course take credit for the story.
We now know, through witness testimony, that there were cracks reported in the drill casing two weeks prior to the disaster. Goldman Sachs sold 44% of their total holdings, 4,680,822 shares of BP stock in the first quarter of 2010. Goldman Sachs earned about $ 266 million on the sale.
Apparently, Halliburton also had some psychic insight on what was soon to come. Eleven days before the explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon, Halliburton purchased an oil spill prevention firm. Halliburton was the lead company in charge of cementing the Deepwater rigs as well.
Just hours before the rig explosion, The Bureau of Land Management took part in a surprise inspection aboard the Deepwater Horizon. A four man team quickly flashed credentials to a supervisor and was then allowed access to the entire rig. Zac Zimmerman reveals in this interview how odd this particular BLM visit really was. Not to mention,many rigs have burned for weeks at a time without collapsing.
Another important fact is that Obama, along with DHS and the Department of the Interior, sent SWAT teams to the gulf to inspect all platforms and rigs. One must question, why would you deploy over 30 SWAT teams in response to an oil spill unless it was an act of terrorism, an act of war, or they if they were sent to carry out some sort of covert operation?
Federal regulators sent a SWAT team of inspectors into the Gulf of Mexico area to ensure compliance with safety rules on deep water drilling rigs. Source
We must also look into what organizations the major players belong too. It now appears that there are too many interlocking connections for this to be a coincidence. British Petroleum has ties to the Queen of England. The C.E.O. of BP Pacific, Peter Sutherland is a Trilateral Commission member, a Bilderberg member and a financial adviser to the Vatican. Tony Hayward has also attended numerous meetings of the world elite and was caught selling his stock in BP justweeks before the disaster.
Wackenhut, also known as G4S, has been hired by BP to block and or arrest reporters who attempt to probe the workers and staged media location in and around Grand Isle, LA. Wackenhut is a known arm of the Bilderbergers and also has ties to other agencies. There has been numerous confirmed staged media events that have taken place in and around Grand Isle. One such eyewitness reporter called into the Decompression Session and described how he and other members of the mainstream media were led to a small area on the beach where a staged photo op took place. He reported the presence of Army personal and that if he were to leave the barrier to either side, he would have been immediately arrested.
Next one must look at the CIA, Evergreen Air, and their connection to chemtrail spraying and the Gulf oil spill. On May 19th, The Waco Tribune Herald reported that an Evergreen Air Supertanker 747 had trained at Texas State Technical College-Waco, where it flew 100 feet in the air and dropped water on targets applied to the ground. Evergreen Air was training for its planed run to fly over the spill while dropping a substance that could break up oil that threatens to damage the coastline. As we all know the chemicals being used underwater are considerably worse than the oil itself. It is now safe to say that the chemicals that were dropped from the air are just as bad, if not worse. Another deception BP is pulling on all of us is their story about how much oil their ships are recovering. Today they claim 25,000 barrels per day is being syphoned from the leaking well. I ask you, I ask the media, have you seen this cleaned up oil? I haven’t.
So BP’s “angle” is this. Because they claim they are recovering 25,000 barrels of oil per day it’s that amount they won’t have to pay for in the end.
Look at the high definition oil cam video. What I see is oil gushing straight up, loaded with bubbling toxic gas. Where is the containment cone? How is BP transporting all this supposed oil to their ships? BP’s lies continue to impress.
If you look back to 2008 and remember how the Democrats placed a man in office of the Presidency, knoowing full well he was a fraud, nothing that has happened since has been a “Good Thing”. I could list all the atrocities that have taken place in our laws, Obamas behaviours, etc. Why in the world would we NOT believe this was sabatoge?? What more can it take to convince our Military to stand up for their country and arrest these people for treason?
We now have a major disaster “at the ready” and no one sees anything wrong with that? The News Media tinkles around the subject.

6. This is not only an oil spill, they hit a volatile volcano
7. This volcano is emitting toxic poisons (4) of them into the air.
8. BP is using toxic chemicals made by Nalco to plane spray over the oil. This poison contains mercury and arsenic.
9. Gov’t tells BP to quit spraying and they continue.
10. Nalco is owned by Al Gore, George Soros, BH Obama and others.
11. If this thing blows there will be a tsunami with up to 500 foot wave wiping out anything in its path up to 200 miles inland.
12. Cleanup people getting sick and dying
13. Birds falling dead out of the sky
14. Animals being picked up on shore dead in mass accumulation.
15. No protection for any of these cleaning and helping and for some who have never smoked a thing in their life, now have lungs looking like they’ve smoked 3 packs a day.
16. BH Obama has been down there with a bus load of his own people, not real coastline people telling us everything is okey, bs.. and then sends down 17,000 national guard.
17. All crops are dying inland of the coast. Farmers are reporting plants covered with white and yellow spots and acres upon acres rotting vegetation.
18. Federal govt is readying fema camps, bought up blocks of hotel rooms, will use post offices and military bases to evacuate in the next week or so
19. No fly zone over entire gulf.
20. The gulf stream will eventually take the oil in the ocean along the east coast over to Europe, there’s is no stopping this.
WAKE UP FOLKS…no fish, no vegetation…food will soar as well as fresh water…gasoline!!!
Given a hurricane…I don’t even want to think about all that it will affect.

…and so, my uneducated guess is that this too is one of those situations that the the shiesty government knew all about the possibility of this happening and it will all be revealed in time. I mean, WTF? Why can’t they just assume responsibility and do the right thing for once-at least the part that they play. Perhaps this country wouldn’t be so fucked up if our leaders actually just admitted where they’re wrong to begin with. Perhaps, our youth would have a more positive example to follow, thereby observing that it’s okay to make a mistake or two along the way, however, honesty in it’s truest form is something that is so easily corrupted at early points in life. I can remember the truth coming out about many situations that the government were involved in, and as I look back in hindsight, I say to myself, wow, these are our leaders and they have lied over and over! Therefore, it must be okay to do so myself to some degree.
Fortunately, I know right from wrong, but these are maybe just some of that counter-capitalist possibilities that may bring about the confusion amongst our own American Citizens and perhaps this is why we may even see home grown terrorists and extremists.
Let’s get it together! How in the world can the government expect everything to be hunky-dory all the time when they have sent out this consistent mind-fucking message for such a long time?

Thank you for your response. I’ve been thinking about your questions. If it were me in the situation out in the Gulf areas, and my family was under threat of chemical toxins, I’d be looking for a place where they could be safe, no matter where in the world. South Africa has its challenges, but it can serve as a real safe haven for the millions of Americans who have nowhere to go.
Many South Africans fled here because they felt sincerely unsafe. Many of us did not flee here, and we are still doing OK. Those who feel safer prefer living in the Western Cape, or near Cape Town. Truth is, we’re not facing a hurricane season with lots of dangerous VOCs and other gases in the air. We have lots of excellent accommodation in the Western Cape and families could be safe for at least 6 months. I am aware it would cost money to be safe, but that is always the case, no matter where one goes. From what I’ve read, it’s going to be either relocate to fresh air, or go live in an old nuclear silo under the ground.
Come to think of it, I’m going to start a web page to see how many Americans would consider coming to the Western Cape and surrounds for safety. Will keep you posted.

For some reason, I was ‘removed’ from the coast… and that has not been fun… my children were ‘removed’ also… yet my entire extended family remains there… and I ask them daily to leave… (They will not). My neice is a government corps of engineers top notch person… until last month, she could not work ON ANYTHING regarding the spill… not Right, not Left… she had no ‘work orders’ from the usa govt to do a damn thing…
