TSA Agent Claims Videotaping Against the “Rules” Declares TSA Above The Law

The TSA has now been caught denying American citizens the right to videotape their encounters with airport security. It is very clear that TSA believes they are 100% above the law.
My wife and I arrived at the airport for our annual Thanksgiving pilgrimage Tuesday evening, and like millions of others, came face-to-face with the TSA’s upgraded security measures. I breezed through; My wife, who apparently looks far more dangerous than I do, was pulled aside for a pat-down.
Her frisker was very polite and the procedure was barely invasive, if a bit more aggressive than in the past. But while she was being systematically searched from head to toe, I pulled out my BlackBerry to take some pictures and record a souvenir of the Great Gropefest of 2010. Within seconds I was being shouted at sternly by another TSA agent, who told me that “either you stop taking pictures, or I take your camera.” When I asked him why I couldn’t take photos of my wife in a public place, he said that it was “against the rules.”
Apparently, the TSA goon was not even aware of his own rules. No where in TSA regulations does it say that TSA agents have the right to deny American citizens their right to film in a public setting.
See, the TSA needs to ban cameras in airports so that citizen journalists can no longer document their molestation at the hands of an agency that should have no legal authority to supersede the Constitution.
Not only did the agents declare videotaping illegal, they went as far as to claim that TSA is above the law!
He describes one piece of his conversations as follows.
TSA: Don’t you have normal operating procedures at your work?
Me: Yes.
TSA: How would you like it if somebody came to your work and disrupted your procedures? How would you like it if people took pictures of you at your work?
Me: I don’t work for the government. Government agencies need to be accountable to the public, and therefore suffer disruptions like this.
TSA: Not all parts of the government are accountable to the public, especially the TSA.
Me: Wow. No, ALL parts of the government are accountable to the people, especially the TSA. I’m not sure what type of country you think we live in.
Not all parts of the government are accountable to the public, especially the TSA?! This is a perfect example of the mindset these individuals are taught to operate under.
Americans MUST continue to stand against this tyranny and demand that TSA follow the same laws as the rest of the country.

Paranoid people create their own paranoiac processes …… this is just about as funny as a NON Govt group printing Hundreds of billions of dollars of worthless paper, then billing the people for the face value printed on it, after giving it to someone else ….. ROFLOL … without the USA the world would be way a less hysterical and humourous place ….. As we say in the rest of the world …. ” Only in America …… !! ” … keep it up nutbags.
Just inform them that they are making you sick and then puke all over the place.
Try to make that against the rules.
These A holes are lucky to have a job, let alone that the public doesn’t attack them. Just touch me and your A is mine. I’ll sue you, and if you think your above this, think again. The government will not come to your aid. I have the right to sue you and HLS and the TSA and that A hole direct as well.
I believe this shows they are in the wrong if one can’t video tape them doing their job. They are a citizen tax paid for and are therefore public property supported and can be video taped by the public. They fall under public domain and they are acting in the public places. Hey they can pull this bull on us then…”If you have nothing to hide, then you wont be offended if we video record you.” Are they afraid of being cought pleasurly gropping someone?
Next: The government will be denying access to all ports, a la Germany circa 1939.
Above the law is the same as no law.Such people have no place in a civilized society. This is about training people to be obedient animals.If you know a TSA agent,don’t be its friend.Don’t help them with anything.If they want to diminish your humanity then deny them theirs,If they need help?Don’t waste your cell phone batteries calling for it.I’m not advocating violence against them,but if they get hurt or something then let them reap what they have sown when they trampled on your GOD-GIVEN dignity.You are not an animal to be made obedient with compliance training.You are not an extension a dead mens ideas.
Treat the sheep who go along with it the same way.Their compliance is why this is happening to you.Its the friggin sheep and the pervs seeking perks in government jobs.We are bio-magnetically contagious-burn them in your minds day and night.If the world had more good people maybe it wouldn’t be like this.Someday ask yourselves,”are you a human being(verb)or a hungry ghost that ruined the world.Be alive or don’t lie about it.
What I’d like to know is what did this man do? Did he bow to the TSA or challenge him to show him that law?
Why don’t we all take out our cameras at the same time while in line and video each and every person being molested by these perverts.
Are they going to take away all our goodies too?
