Largest Earthquake Drill In America History As Great Central U.S. ShakeOut Begins Along New Madrid Seismic Zone

In what has been labeled the largest earthquake drill in American history, the Great Central U.S. ShakeOut began today across 11 states.
3 million people will participate in a series of earthquake drills aimed at preparing for a large scale earthquake in the New Madrid Seismic Zone.
This comes as many in the alternative media believe that a major earthquake along this zone is imminent and will possibly bring about a martial law type scenario in America.
“This week, nearly 3 million people across 11 states are gearing up for the Great Central U.S. Shakeout, a massive earthquake drill to commemorate the 200th anniversary later this year of a series of powerful earthquakes that downed trees and sent waves on the Mississippi River roaring over its banks,” reported MSNBC.
Interestingly, The Federal Emergency Agency has scheduled NLE11, an exercise set to simulate a large scale earthquake along the New Madrid Seismic Zone, for May 2011.
National Level Exercise NLE 2011 will be an operations-based exercise centered on the scenario of a catastrophic earthquake in the New Madrid Seismic Zone, encompassing four FEMA Regions (IV, V, VI and VII) and eight Central U.S. Earthquake States: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee. NLE 2011 will exercise initial incident response and recovery capabilities, to test and validate existing plans, policies and procedures to include the New Madrid Catastrophic Plan (currently under development). NLE 2011 will be conducted in May 2011.
Remember, past NLE exercises have resulted in 70,000 people being evacuated from central Texas.
In late January we reported the fact that FEMA had requested information on the availability of 140 Million Packets of Food, Blankets, and Body Bags.
These requests were made specifically for the New Madrid Fault System!
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) procures and stores pre-packaged commercial meals to support readiness capability for immediate distribution to disaster survivors routinely. The purpose of this Request for Information is to identify sources of supply for meals in support of disaster relief efforts based on a catastrophic disaster event within the New Madrid Fault System for a survivor population of 7M to be utilized for the sustainment of life during a 10-day period of operations. FEMA is considering the following specifications (14M meals per day):
- Serving Size – 12 ounce (entree not to exceed 480 calorie count);
- Maximum calories – 1200 and/or 1165 per meal;
- Protein parameters – 29g-37g kit;
- Trans Fat – 0;
- Saturated Fat – 13 grams (9 calories per gram);
- Total Fat – 47 grams (less than 10% calories);
- Maximum sodium – 800-930 mg;
Now just months after this request the largest earthquake preparedness drill in American history has begun in the very place that these requests were made.
IS FEMA Out To Help The American People?
While many individuals within FEMA are good, hard working people, their masters have secretly set up thousands of FEMA camps throughout the country specifically for the American people.
A few years ago the idea that FEMA camps were real was looked upon as complete bs yet the alternative media continued to push and the facts have been exposed. This is not fear mongering, this is documented fact.
Whether this event will be man made or a natural event remains to be seen but it is worth noting that many scientists do not believe that a large scale natural earthquake in the New Madrid Fault Zone is realistic.

I’m not sure who those 3 million are. I’ve been in four states along this fault line in two weeks and no where is it mentioned on local news or local papers.
Are you kidding? Since when has the government controlled TV ever given the truth to the public? Do you honestly believe that your local TV or News station will be even allowed to give you the truth? Whenever there is a huge seismic or weather event, FEMA miraculously appears several days before the event.
How can anyone think that FEMA is not helping when they appear en masse just as the event happens in order to provide assistance!
Can you say FEMA CAMPS 3 times fast? FEMA is NOT your friend. Just look what happened to those poor people in New Orleans when Katrina hit. They were shipped off on buses and their property was stolen from them. There were armed officers in the streets of New Orleans after Katrina shooting people for being on the streets after dark and forcing victims to leave.

It may be documented fact that such camps were PROPOSED, but you failed to state the MORE IMPORTANT FACT that the bill you link to as ‘proof’of your claims, is clearly DEAD and WAS NOT RESUBMITTED. Therefore there is no documented proof, as you claim, that can prove any FEMA camps are currently awaiting anyone or have even been built, for that matter.
Fearmongering does not have to be intentional, but can occur when those writing articles like this fail to fully research their argument(s), such as simply clicking on the “Back to Bill Status” link on the site you provided.

The more inportant facts are these camps are real and yes, not only documented but recorded with pictures showing alot of them. Actually, the last place I would link for proof is a bill that appears dead. Really do you think our legislature would protect us from camps. Seems kind of convenient to me that the voting by Congress is scheduled for the middle of May to raise the debt ceiling which tells me they have an astronomical justification to turn this “Exercise” into a real event to distract the people from this voting on the debt ceiling.
