My take on the communications shutdown:
In what is obviously a muscle flexing exercise meant to show the public just how much power and control the federal government really has, all communications will be cut off for an estimated three minutes on November 9th, 2011.
Claiming this is a test of the emergency response system, the terror alert system, and any other excuse they can come up with, Fema (that would be the same FEMA in charge of those camps they deny exist) will conduct a complete communications shutdown: all TV, radio, internet, and phone systems will be disabled simultaneously. This will be at 1:00 CST.
I am trying to figure out what kind of national emergency would require cutting all communications, broadcasts and internet use? Maybe an emergency in which the government itself feels threatened by …….the people?
If this were a test to make sure the system was intact in the event of an emergency I could understand it. But that isn’t what this is.
This is a test meant to ensure that the apparatus is in place and operational in the event the government wants to prevent communication between citizens: this is a test to make sure they CAN shut it all down if they choose to.
Think Egypt here. As the protest crowds grew in Egypt, what did the government do? They shut down all cell phones and internet access in an effort to halt communications. It didn’t stop anything, the crowds still grew, but the idea behind this action was clear.
I believe what is actually behind this might be the downloading of some kind of code needed to make the shut-down apparatus work efficiently. Think about your cable system if you have one or even an upgrade to many computer programs.
A new code must be downloaded and installed, then the system shutdown and re-booted for the changes to take effect. And, just like these coded program changes in computers and cable, once you re-boot, whatever was newly installed is activated and just runs silently behind the scenes.
In fact, in almost every case, you are not even aware of what changes were made. I have a strange feeling this is what is happening here. I also think this is somehow attached to the all-digital system they forced everyone onto a few years back.
Being a rather rational and logical person, the idea of shutting off communications of all kinds during a national emergency just doesn’t make any sense to me. Why would anyone want to do that?
Wouldn’t your first reaction be to make sure communications were all intact and operational? Unless of course, their definition of an emergency is something other than say extreme weather, floods or things of that kind.
In what kind of emergency situation would it benefit the public to have all communications shut down? I can’t even think of one.
If I were the government I could see where it could be really handy especially in light of the steady growing unrest across the country. Of course their phones, computers and broadcast systems would all be working just fine as their communications systems are independent of the system the public uses.
We have long since passed the point where we can trust government on any level. This impending communications shut down is only a test run for something far more serious.
This is not about public safety, emergency response or any of the other fluff and hype put out to try and explain why the government would engage in such a test. In my opinion, this is merely a test run for a future event which could be catastrophic as far as the general public is concerned.
Keep your eyes and ears open…….something is afoot here and it doesn’t look good for most of us.

The Emergency Alert System (EAS) is a media communications-based alerting system that is designed to transmit emergency alerts and warnings to the American public at the national, state and local levels. The EAS has been in existence since 1994, and its precursor, the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS), began in 1963. Alarmist imagination is where it came from. Not a shred of evidence.

I’ve been giving this some contemplation. I haven’t come up with anything definitive yet, but I do have some conjecture.
1) outright theft – three minutes to wipe the numbers clean of the fraud and also steal another couple of trillion. If the pentagon can bomb itself and then say the necessary records were destroyed in the ‘terrorist incident’, then how easy it is to just steal it outright. ‘Stupid is as stupid does,’ and the American TV addicted public is proof positive of that statement.
2) A propaganda – wherein the grid is down and there is another ‘terrorist attack’, and the resulting glare of ineptitude of the Federal anything is blamed on the advertised shutdown of the system.
3) A proof negative – The PTB have to give a portion of time to the people where there is no TV or electronic gadget interaction. Then, when that period is over, and the people are clamoring for their addiction to microchip existence, they can say that they revealed the fraud and nobody gave a crap.
4) The metaphysical – An interjection into the the collective consciousness that cannot occur without interruption because there is so much electromagnetic energy and noise in the aether. There are darker, ‘last ditch’ vibrational spells they wish to introduce to keep the masses sleeping, which will not work unless they cut the power to the interference temporarily.
5) Blocking the tide – they know that there is a collective gathering of thought, spirit, vibration and souls against them. The are trying to send a ‘ripple’ through the system to measure this force, similar to their often used economic shock system of price manipulation.
6) something else, you tell me…
I don’t see some ultra draconian law system being put into place in 3 minutes, it’s already there in all it’s hellish forms of damn-nation. I see a big problem with them losing their long held power of national and governmental faith. People simply don’t worship the flag and the symbols like they used to.
The other reason could be just another government “manipulation” to put fear in American’s hearts and smooth the ways so the government can then “prove” to us that we NEED the smart grid and smart meters.
Could there be a connection to the YU 55 asteroid or ET guided object that will be close to the Earth at that time? Check out Richard Hoagland’s commentary. Pretty interesting…
The news said (scary words, I know) that the test will not shut down comms, but only broadcast a message across the TV and over the radio. No, they obviously have another agenda, but if they said theyre not gonna cut off the phones or internet, and then do, a lot of people are gonna be pissed, and able to be awakened to the tyranny. In other words, they would either be really arrogant or really dumb.

Can someone smarter than me tell me how will the stock markets will work if trades can’t go through? Talk about a lack of liquidity! Wouldn’t it make more sense to do this on a weekend or some other time when markets are closed?
There is only one plausible reason to shut down communications. This is a test but it’s a test to make sure they can do it when they need to and the only reason they would need to is to stop citizens from communicating. They are afraid of us because there are far more of us than them and we are well armed since they were never able to get their gun control and confiscation plans in place.

In San Francisco, California, USA, every Tuesday at 12 noon, local time, the city broadcasts an alert city wide using loudspeakers and bullhorns that permeate every square inch of the city with a government recording to remind good citizens that the government is in full control of every aspect of their lives and if a real emergency is declared to make sure and listen to those loudspeakers as orders will be given on what all good citizens must do.
San Francisco has been doing this for several years now, making certain everyone is aware of the government’s power and control over everyones’ individual lives.
San Francisco, you must remember, is the city of extreme outdoor smoking bans with $500 fines, extreme bans and requirements of all sorts with extreme high fines and punishments, with every minute little nuance of individualism and humanity either banned or made into a crime – but public nudity, hey, that’s okay and to be encouraged as is corruption at all levels of government, city, county and state level in Sacramento.
So for San Francisco, this government takeover will be no big news as it happened already.
Seems to me that in the event of a 7.5 earthquake or tsunami or even terrorist attack, the good citizens doing what those loudspeakers tell them to would likely save tens of thousands of lives.

This is a test of the emergency broadcast system and will affect only television and radio programming. You know those monthly (weekly?) “This is only a test…” announcements? Same thing but on a national scale. Put the tin foil back in the kitchen, kids.
Do you actually believe a damn thing from Snopes? They will tell you that aspartame is safe!! They are two nobodies who have ZERO background as professional researchers, and don’t hire any professional researchers.
What you say may be true, but I certainly don’t believe everything I read online unless I get some verification from a reputable source, and in my opinion Snopes fits that bill better than a random blog.
Also, the Tsunami Alert System will be conducted in all of the Pacific at the same time this EAS is happening in the U.S.

… or during that time they’ll transmit a signal to somewhere else “out there”, it would certainly cut down on the interferance from thousands of simultaneous signals.
Actually, after all these years of our brains being bombarded with microwave hypnosis, this “test” will be used to activate the manchurians with key words and sounds.
They wouldn’t need this sytem for that. That’s what cell phone towers and digital TVs are for. But, at least you’re thinking, which is damn near an impossibility for 90% of the population due precisely to the reason mentioned.
